Individual Capacity Building
Through individual support, skill building and case management LEAP workers will support clients through significant life changes including transitioning from school and moving towards independent living situations.
Workers may assist clients to identify individual goals and work with them over multiple sessions to achieve these goals. The number of sessions/activities will be dependent on the client’s plan allocation, and available funding.
We work collaboratively with our local employer partners to help you fill your vacancies with the right job seekers. But the support doesn’t stop there. We can also help you identify employer incentives you may be eligible for and we provide in-work support for any Younity referred hires for their first 6 months on the job, ensuring that if any problems pop up, we’re there to help!
