Working to provide individual assistance for participants at home
Leap Assist support work will provide individual assistance for participants inside and outside of the home.
We can provide assistance to access community, social and recreational activities, and undertake basic personal domestic activities.
Our supports are designed to help you live as independently as possible whether you live in your own home, live on your own, or take part in a shared living arrangement.
We work collaboratively with our local employer partners to help you fill your vacancies with the right job seekers. But the support doesn’t stop there. We can also help you identify employer incentives you may be eligible for and we provide in-work support for any Younity referred hires for their first 6 months on the job, ensuring that if any problems pop up, we’re there to help!
